Regulatory & Customer Compliance Director

The Regulatory & Customer Compliance Director is responsible for providing leadership in regulatory and export compliance matters within the MFI Integrated Supply Chain. This position involves collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders, overseeing food safety and quality customer care, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations. The role also includes driving opportunities to add value through policy impact, maintaining permits and approvals, monitoring regulatory changes, and supporting the customer compliance team.Qualified candidates should have a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, at least 10 years of experience in food-related regulatory/compliance management, and proficiency in computer skills. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Preferred qualifications include successful project management experience, business acumen, and strategic thinking.
