This full-time, on-site position is critical to overseeing the litigation process, managing cases, and integrating innovative technologies, particularly AI, to ensure exceptional legal service delivery to clients.DutiesCase Evaluation and Trial Preparation:Independently evaluate cases and develop comprehensive discovery plans.Take and defend depositions, working directly with clients to articulate their narratives persuasively.Draft legal motions, oppositions, and represent the firm at hearings.Collaborate with the team to create and implement tailored case strategies.Prepare for and participate in bi-monthly team meetings to discuss case management and improvements.Legal Support & Case Management:Assist in document review and case analysis to inform strategy.Draft and respond to written discovery while engaging in detailed meet and confer communications.Collaborate with attorneys and clients to develop and implement specific discovery plans.Enhance client experiences through effective case storytelling and superior service.Ensure the client intake process aligns with the firm’s professional standards.Marketing & Business Development:Contribute to the firm’s marketing initiatives, focusing on optimizing the website and digital presence.Develop strategies to enhance client acquisition, business growth, market expansion, and brand visibility.Collaborate with external vendors to manage digital marketing campaigns.Project Oversight:Lead special projects that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the firm.RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of full-time litigation experience.Minimum of 2 years of business management experience.Proficiency in AI applications and technology relevant to business operations.Strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Demonstrated capability to lead projects that improve operational efficiency.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while working under pressure.Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with a diverse client base and team members.EducationJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.CertificationsLicensed to practice law in California (Required).SkillsExceptional organizational and analytical skills.Strong communication and leadership capabilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.BenefitsComprehensive health and wellness benefits.Opportunities for professional development and advancement.Supportive work environment that values innovation and collaboration.Engagement in marketing and business development initiatives.
