Civil Litigation Corporate Defense
Senior Associate Attorney to join our team! As a Senior Associate Attorney, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience you will be responsible for working directly with our senior attorneys on active litigation Corp fraud and corruption matters. The Senior Associate Attorney will be responsible for interviews, depositions, discovery, motion practice, and trial assistance. This position is in the Garland, TX and 100% onsite.
Senior Associate Attorney Responsibilities: Drafting pleadings, notices, and subpoenas Conducting legal research Drafting discovery Document review and analysis Analyzing conflicts in legal matters and advising clients on solutions Effective communication with senior associates to ensure cases are handled efficiently. Prepare for and attend depositions and trials. Handle administrative tasks such as billing and document retention.
Senior Associate Attorney Qualifications: Accredited Law degree Minimum of 5 -7 years of solid litigation experience. Experience handling complex commercial litigation, insurance defense, medical malpractice is a plus. Minimum of 1+ years of Federal or State prosecution. Strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaborate with others. Exceptional decision-making abilities Strong ability to work with virtual team Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professionalism at all times. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
