Coke Florida is looking for a Supply Chain Systems Analyst to work out of our Tampa HQ area office;.What you will do:The Supply Chain Systems Analyst will be response for assisting in identifying and solving critical business problems that lie within Manufacturing and Supply Chain. In this role, you will collaborate with key business stakeholders to help deliver desired business outcomes. The Supply Chain Systems Analyst will partner with other Manufacturing and Supply Chain System Analyst to gather requirements, test processes and train end users on updates within the various systems.
Roles and Responsibilities:Build and manage relationships between Coke Florida IT Team & business partners in all Manufacturing and Supply Chain areas including Supply Planning, Equipment Planning and Execution, Warehouse and Delivery Execution, Sales and Logistics Planning, and CONA (3rd party service provider) teamsAssist with identifying technologies that will improve and enhance the business's goals that are aligned with the architecture and standards of the companyReview enhancements, change requests, and new system build requirements with business leaders, project management, and change management teams.Identify business value when developing ideas with a focus on digital awareness, risk assessment, business continuity and business capability requirements.Develop or facilitate the gathering of configuration specifications and functional design documentsMaintain creativity and innovation by staying on top of industry and technological trends.Provide support for planning and production teams (e.g., break/fix, how to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing) for business applications or infrastructure to business partners in order to maintain their productivity levelConduct root-cause analysis of system defects through the engagement of SME's to identify and correct the issues while providing guidance and coaching to business partnersDevelop best-practices to standardize business process and procedure based on the Coke Florida roadmap and collaboration with other Coca-Cola bottlersFacilitate the education and training to the business leads to improve performance and efficiency
For this role, you will need:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceExperience with SAP production planning highly desiredPrevious experience with supply planningStrong communication skills in speaking, presenting, and writing.Ability to positively influence others and to break down organizational silos.Previous experience with system design and configuration, preferable within SAP or JDA/Blue Yonder, Movilizer, BlujayHighly skilled negotiating and problem-solving skillsIT experience, specifically in business systems analysist and design.Project management experience highly desiredBalances Immediate and Long-Term Priorities: Seeks to meet critical objectives while considering the impact of those decisions and activities on the ability to achieve long-term goals
