www.next-decade.com .SUMMARY OF THE ROLEResponsible for the direction, performance, standards and ongoing health of the enterprise architecture, implementing Enterprise (IT/OT) frameworks across all architecture domains and the creation/updates to key EA deliverables as per strategic business objectives for sustainable growth. The Enterprise Architect sets overall architecture strategy and guardrails, relying on continuous feedback, fostering adaptive design and engineering practices, and driving collaboration of programs and teams around a common vision across each architectural domain (business, application, data, infrastructure). In the course of their role, they may lead a partnership with the Cloud, Security, Data, Infrastructure, and Solution Architects to implement the strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesLead overall enterprise architecture function for NextDecade and ensure alignment of Enterprise architecture with organization vision, missions and goals.Collaborate with Domain Architects and Cybersecurity Architects to ensure compliance with policy, standards and guidelines.Monitor and present architecture performance report to leadership team (CIO).Ensure the activities of the project are in alignment with the target Enterprise Architecture patterns. Participate in discussion forum on identifying and designing the solution architecture of systems.Facilitate development of assets & guidance; and provide coaching for more detailed architecture planning.Support Business & IT strategy by providing insights on disruptive technologies and enabling key business capabilities that are impacted.Reviews high priority initiatives against the capabilities and resources they affect, support new demand qualification process.Advise and resolve architectural issues with related across the enterprise (IT & OT) and external parties.Lead design and propagate the EA implementation governance process, encompassing the end-to-end ideation to implementation lifecycle.Participate in “Enterprise readiness steering committee” or any other Review Board that requires EA point of view and ensure the IT components and capabilities being developed adhere to Architecture guiding principles and meet business capability needs.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.10+ years of experience as an enterprise, solution, or application architect; systems integrator; or equivalent experience.Experience in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.EXPERIENCEKnowledge in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF).Understanding of methodologies such as Agile/ DevOps / SDLC Methodology / ITIL.Technical proficiency in platform architecture, API/integration, Cloud, DevOps etc.Knowledge in LNG business.Leadership & project management skills.Understanding in security, network, virtualization, software and networking.Work EnvironmentThis position operates in a professional office environment with occasional work within or outside of a complex construction environment.
