Physical Therapist
to provide evaluations and treatments to patients in their homes and community settings in Ocean County.

Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat clients' physical therapy needs; collaborate with physicians on care plans
Document changes in conditions; update care plans as needed
Ensure quality, follow safety protocols, and meet attendance standards
Qualifications
NJ Physical Therapy License
2-3 years of clinical/community experience preferred
Strong computer, communication, and interpersonal skills
Valid NJ driver’s license
Working Conditions/Physical Demand : Working indoors/outdoors, driving, lifting, sitting, standing, walking, fine motor hand movement, use of phone and tablet for documentation
