*Responsibilities* * Lead and manage nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations. * Ensure adherence to best practices in patient care, including infection control and medication administration. * Oversee the implementation of clinical protocols related to anatomy knowledge, sterile processing, catheterization, IV infusion, and emergency medicine. * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and enhance patient care plans. * Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives. * Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ICD-10 standards. * Provide training and education to nursing staff on behavioral health and emergency procedures. * Address any staffing issues or conflicts promptly to maintain a cohesive work environment.
*Requirements* * Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. * Proven experience in a nursing management role or similar position. * Strong knowledge of anatomy, infection control practices, and sterile processing techniques. * Proficiency in medication administration and IV infusion protocols. * Familiarity with ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation. * Experience in team management with excellent communication skills. * Background in emergency medicine and behavioral health is preferred. * Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while promoting a positive workplace culture.
