In this role, you'll be instrumental in providing a seamless and enjoyable onboarding experience. Here's how you'll make an impact:
Develop and Oversee Onboarding Programs: Design and implement structured onboarding plans that embody Orionyx's values and ensure every new hire is prepared and excited to contribute.
Create Tailored New Hire Experiences: Personalize onboarding for each new employee to make them feel valued from the start.
Coordinate with Key Departments: Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and departmental teams to ensure onboarding runs smoothly, from equipment setup to training schedules.
Lead Orientation Sessions: Host engaging, informative orientation sessions that introduce new hires to Orionyx's culture, mission, and vision.
Promote Connection & Engagement: Serve as the go-to person for new hires, providing answers, resources, and a friendly face to ease their transition.
Track Progress & Collect Feedback: Regularly check in with new hires, gather feedback to continually refine the onboarding experience, and promptly address any concerns.
Document & Enhance Onboarding Processes: Maintain updated onboarding documentation, evaluate program effectiveness, and contribute ideas to improve overall efficiency.
Who You Are:
We're seeking someone who's warm, organized, and genuinely interested in creating a positive experience for others. Here's what makes a great fit:
Experience: 2-4 years in onboarding, HR, or employee engagement, ideally in a fast-paced corporate setting.
Excellent Communication Skills: Friendly and approachable, with an ability to make people feel comfortable and welcomed.
Attention to Detail: Highly organized with a meticulous approach to scheduling and setup.
Proactive and Solution-Focused: Able to anticipate and address the needs of new hires, offering quick resolutions to any issues.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields preferred.
