The Employee Experience and Engagement Lead is the key role responsible for leading and designing employee experience, engagement and talent management program. The role will develop, facilitate, and execute interventions to maximize our employee experience and engagement across North America, using employee segmentation with groups such as salaried and hourly team members. A key accountability will be to identify skills needed for leaders and create a plan that increases competency, role clarity, and a culture of ownership for leaders and HR Managers for employee experience and engagement. The role will define and lead Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for the business, working closely and collaboratively with the Global HR Culture, Engagement and Inclusion team, and teams across our regions and functions. The role will develop, lead and coordinate Talent Management to ensure coordination, alignment and visibility of programs and practices, global mobility and measurement etc., again working closely with the Global HR COE teams.Key Responsibilities
A Global approach with a defined ‘program’ for employee experience and engagement (of which the employee survey/outcomes is a key component), including agreed Regional, Functional and Local lens/actions.Redefine how the Employee Experience program is managed overall and how we look at employee segmentation (hourly and salaried, how we communicate etc.).Change the way leaders see their role and create buy in and ownership of focus areas; support this with necessary skills and tools.Provide an external lens on best practice and work with other Business Units to get ‘best of’ ideas and synergies.Develop how to drive and embed engagement at all levels - design a program to complement any central work with a bottom up build - lead with influence and impact to coordinate, design, measure, facilitate, impart skills etc. Coordinate employee surveys.Upskill HR and leaders with tools, resources and skills to better support the business and achieve the desired outcomes.Create and deliver a strong communication strategy and mediums to support, Regional/Functional and Local focus areas and actions.Develop tools, templates and skills, and commit to embedding over cycles/years, i.e. build into our DNA.Define and lead Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for the business, working closely and collaboratively with the Global HR COE Culture, Engagement and Inclusion team, and across our regions and functions.Develop, lead and coordinate Talent Management for the business to ensure coordination, alignment and visibility of programs and practices, global mobility and measurement etc., work closely with HR Leaders in all Regions and Functions, and the Global HR COE teams.Develop customized strategies, plans, key milestones, deliverables and measurement systems to ensure coordination, implementation of all activities and outcomes. Identify and gain stakeholder buy-in across all work using communications, training and deployment activities. Ensure role clarity on roles and expectations; play a hands on role upskilling HR and Leaders, conducting workshops and facilitating leadership interventions.Typical Education
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university5-8+ years related experience and/or trainingRequired Certifications
