Our client is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and executive team of a Florida based technology company. The EA will manage various activities, events, and personal affairs, ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced environment. This role requires flexibility, as it may involve working outside regular business hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate global offices.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily administration and operations of the CEO's office.
Manage a complex calendar for the CEO.
Provide administrative assistance to the global executive team.
Arrange detailed travel itineraries for business meetings and conferences.
Lead and manage special projects, conducting thorough research as needed.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Manage meeting agendas, take notes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
Attend and assist with global off-site meetings as required.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years of experience supporting C-level executives in a global organization.
Proven success in managing complex calendars and international travel logistics.
Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Previous experience in a technology company is a plus
