We strive to provide compassionate, knowledgeable, and thorough support for our clients during challenging times.We are seeking an HR Director who will play a crucial role in developing and executing high-level HR strategies that align with our business goals. This position involves overseeing compliance programs, spearheading recruitment efforts to attract top talent, and implementing policies to support a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will be an innovative leader who has experience in growing a workforce.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's mission, vision, and values.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including employer branding, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.Collaborate with department heads to understand talent needs and develop effective staffing plans.Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across recruitment and HR practices.Oversee performance management, employee relations, and talent development programs.Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, recruitment efficiency) and report on the impact of HR initiatives.Create and manage budgets for the HR department, including recruitment and training costs.Provide guidance to leadership on HR policy, risk mitigation, and workforce planning.Lead and develop the HR team, fostering growth and ensuring high standards of performance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification preferred).7+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on compliance, recruitment, and strategic leadership.In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.Proven experience developing and executing high-level HR strategies in fast-paced environments.Strong understanding of compliance standards.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with HR PlatformsStrategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage complex situations.WHY SHOULD YOU WORK FOR OUR COMPANY??Fantastic benefits to include company paid travel expensesBonus StructureWorking from homeRespectful and cultivating work environmentOn the job training with plenty of room for growthFastest growing personal injury lawyer on InstagramFocused on giving free legal advice to the public and educating people on their rightsOur goal is to become the #1 Law Firm in America and take our team to the topThe ideal candidate will be an outgoing, energetic, self-starter with great customer service skills.
