The Head of Human Resources is responsible for driving the overall HR strategy, operations, and alignment of employee-related functions across the United States and Europe. Responsibilities include recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, payroll, and performance management.
What You Will Do:
Collaborate with leadership in developing company strategies, ensuring all HR initiatives align with business goalsGuide the formation of long-term plans, new program strategies, and compliance with evolving regulationsServe as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related mattersEnhance, develop, and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, offering policy interpretation and support where neededProvide coaching to managers to help them effectively lead their teams in line with company standardsLead key HR initiatives including bonus and merit planning, performance evaluations, and annual benefits enrollmentWork closely with the Company's Professional Employer Organization (PEO) on legal requirements, government reporting, and benefits planningServe as the primary contact for internal and external counsel on HR-related legal mattersStay informed on US and European HR policies, laws, and issues, ensuring the seamless integration of domestic and international HR programsProvide day-to-day performance management guidance, including coaching, career development, and disciplinary actionsCollaborate with management and employees to improve workplace relationships, increase morale, and drive productivity and retentionManage and develop the HR team, overseeing performance managementEnsure compliance with all US and European federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsWhat You Bring:
HR leadership experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments (preferably within the technology sector)Global HR experience, with an understanding of US and European employment laws and the ability to navigate complex legal environmentsProven ability to develop and evolve an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that attracts, motivates, and retains top talentStrong talent management skills with the capability to build a pipeline of talent for future business needsAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate nuanced and complex situationsDemonstrated ability to lead HR initiatives across all employee levels, from front-line staff to executivesExperience working in a PE-backed company where scaling operations and managing rapid growth are criticalExperienced team leader with a proven ability to build and manage a high-performing HR teamHighly adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-evolving business environment
