Primary responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing production software issues, developing tools, automation and monitoring solutions, performing software maintenance and configuration, implementing the fix for internally developed code (JAVA and Ruby with Rails), updating, tracking and resolving technical challenges and improving operational excellence and readiness of the systems.Some of the key job functions include:Provide support of incoming tickets, including extensive troubleshooting tasks, with responsibilities covering multiple products, features and servicesWork on operations and maintenance driven coding projects, primarily in Ruby, Rails, Java, Python, or shell scripts, AWS, web technologies projects.Software deployment support in staging and production environmentsDevelop tools to aid operations and maintenanceSystem and Support status reportingOwnership of one or more Digital products or componentsCustomer notification and workflow coordination and follow-up to maintain service level agreementsWork with support team for handing-off or taking over active support issues and creating a team specific knowledge base and skill setBASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems3+ years of software development or technical support experienceExperience scripting in modern programming languagesExperience in agile/scrum or related collaborative workflowPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
