The DC Power Technician has the technical knowledge, skills and experience to perform installations and removals of nonpowered equipment. The ideal candidate will be customer and quality centric, have a complete buy-in to safety, with a strong work ethic, and

attitude to achieve results.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Provides mid-level DC power installations and removals including running and dressing power cables, routing cables, making terminations, etc.Ability to install and troubleshoot DC electrical including DC Power plants, rectifiers/converters, PDU's, Inverters, etc.Can independently perform the addition or removal of non-powered equipment including wiring and connectionsAbility to perform battery installations independentlyUtilizes power tools to core walls for mounting racks and/or cabinetsFull understanding of project scopes and changes; can identify and report change orders to managementAbility to read and understand printsHighly customer centric with basic understanding of client method of procedure, answering inquiries and following up as neededSafety is the expectation; complete buy-in to the safety culture and expectations by leading by example and actively participating in the pre-task, good catch and safety assessment standards within the organizationPerforms other position duties upon requestSUCCESS FACTORS:Up to 100% Travel Ability NationwideA strong belief in ZERO- Being Safe 100% of the time is the expectationAlignment with company mission, vision, and valuesA high level of customer centricityStrong work ethic with an ALL-IN attitudeStrong team player with the ability to adapt to diverse team membersAbility to perform in a fast paced/high volume environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA high level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skillsAbility to be organized, problem solve, and be solution orientedSelf-motivated, goal- oriented, and driven to accomplish department goalsMicrosoft Office Experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)WORK ENVIRONMENT:Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions like sitting, squatting, standing, walking, climbing, etc.May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels while onsiteThis is a safety sensitive position; when working on site, will be required to wear common protective of safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, and steel toed boots.EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:1-4+ years of DC Power installation experience within the telecommunications industry requiredOSHA 30 Certification preferred (ability to obtain within 30 days of hire required)Valid driver license with the ability to drive a company vehicle required; must possess a DOT CardHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredADB Companies, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
