to its tight-knit group.THE ROLEPrepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and reportingPreparing and ensuring the accuracy of all ledgers, accounts, portfolios, and balance sheetsManaging deposits and reconciliationsMaintain records of company assetsManage taxes, budgeting, payroll, and general monthly expensesEnsure the accuracy of the information concerning properties and tenantsRecord and process accounts payable and accounts receivablePrepare CAM and real estate tax reconciliationsAssist with the preparation of annual operating budgetsMonitor daily cash balancesAssist management with special projects and other tasks as assigned
PREFERRED BACKGROUNDBachelor's degree preferred (experience considered in lieu of)3+ years of relevant experienceIndustry experience preferredExceptional written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Yardi or similar softwareTeam player, positive attitude and outgoing personality
