Work hand-in-hand with subcontractors, project engineers, and superintendents to drive project success and deliver results that make a difference.Harness Cutting-Edge Tools:
Utilize Procore and Bluebeam to streamline procurement, manage schedules, and handle change orders like a pro.Innovate and Optimize:
Implement Lean Construction principles and Pull Plans to maximize efficiency and minimize waste on every project.Be a Safety Champion:
Foster a culture of safety while delivering exceptional quality, ensuring every team member goes home safe.What We're Looking For:Experience:
At least 15 years in construction project management, with a minimum of 5 years as a Senior Project Manager on large industrial/aerospace projects.Tech-Savvy:
Proficient in Procore and Bluebeam, with strong skills in reading drawings, writing subcontracts, and managing change orders.Strong Communicator:
