Position Overview
International Motors in Lisle, IL., is seeking a Senior Financial Consultant to join our team!In this role, you will collaborate closely with various business units to gain a deep understanding of the organization and provide insights aimed at driving profitable growth. Successful candidates will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong financial modeling background, and experience in financial reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities
Lead preparation for monthly financial, operating & board reviews; Assist in ad hoc analysis & requests
Perform detailed financial analysis and build complex financial models
Create and present analysis to facilitate and influence decision making processes with both senior management and functional counterparts
Support planning and forecasting cycle, including Strategic Plan, Operating Plan, and monthly forecastsLead R&D program approvals and support related management
Lead capital projects and prepare related business cases
Lead headcount forecasting, analyze resource utilization and developing relevant performance metrics
Assist in implementing and maintaining best practice financial tools and processes
Proactively identify, analyze and communicate trends and issues affecting the business
Provide value add by streamlining processes and delivering efficiencies
Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
At least 5 years of finance experience
1 year lead experience
OR
Master’s degree
At least 3 years of finance experience
1 year lead experience
OR
At least 8 years of finance experience
1 year lead experience
Additional Requirements
Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. International Motors does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
