In this pivotal role, you'll actively engage with subcontractors, ensuring they receive and respond to bid proposals efficiently. You'll support the team by managing and distributing plans and specifications, handling all printing and organizational needs, and managing the company database.Your role will also involve leveraging our advanced database software (ISQFT) to set up and expand project bidding processes, while meticulously maintaining and updating subcontractor qualifications and prequalification data.
