Position Overview:
The Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program integrates the Missile Defense System. It is a vital operational system that enables the U.S. president, secretary of defense, and combatant commanders at strategic, regional, and operational levels to systematically plan ballistic missile defense operations.
Essential Functions:
Assisting with the Design and Development of Battle Management (BM) and Sensor Resource Management (SRM) algorithms.
Ensuring BM/SRM software is functioning correctly and within performance specifications.
Analyzing mission and test data, creating/using analysis test software, reporting/visualizing results to team and customers.
Experience with software development.
Good problem-solving skills.
Highly motivated individual able to perform team tasks with low direct supervision while utilizing virtual collaboration tools.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline preferred from an accredited university and 2 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree in a STEM discipline and 0 years of experience, or 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
Applicants must have a current active in-scope DoD issued secret security clearance at the time of application which is required to start.
Ability and willingness to travel 10% to support business needs.
Aerospace or Electrical Engineering background.
Experience with Python and Java.
Experience with Git and Eclipse.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in engineering focused discipline is highly desired.

$83,300 - $124,900
