Located in our downtown Denver office, we are seeking a motivated, collaborative, and skilled Corporate Project Manager to support and lead our corporate productivity initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in project management, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to fostering organizational efficiency and growth.
Key responsibilities:Program Leadership:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of productivity initiatives throughout the organization that contribute to long-term organizational success.Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner closely with diverse cross-functional teams (Sourcing, Material Development, Product Line Management, Operations, SIOP, Finance, and others) to build alignment and ensure smooth implementation of initiatives.Performance Monitoring:
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact and effectiveness of initiatives.Process Improvement:
Seek opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to support sustainable efficiency and accountability.Change Management:
Lead efforts to encourage smooth transitions for new tools and processes through change management.Budget Management:
Ensure thoughtful and efficient resource allocation within the program budget.Reporting:
Share program status, successes, and challenges with leadership to drive continuous improvement.ABOUT YOU8+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within a corporate environment.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).Strong leadership and organizational skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Ability to analyze data to make informed decisions with the ability to obtain data if not provided.Familiarity with change management, process improvement strategies, risk management, and mitigation.Experience managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget, with a proven ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines within a matrix organization.Strong understanding of either industrial operations, engineering processes, and/or supply chain management.Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.10% domestic and international travel allotment.Excited to work in the office with great teammates.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.PAY & BENEFITSFull-TimeSalary Range: $110,000 - $130,000Bonus EligibleRelocation is not providedMedical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hireEligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days.
