This role is hybrid onsite 2 days/week in Chandler, AZ. Please only apply if youre open to being onsite and currently located in the Phoenix metro area. \ Our CPG client is seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to lead product development efforts in the Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) categories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product strategy, defining product features, and ensuring successful product launches while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
HUGE bonus if you have worked with brands in the outdoor or pool/spa space for products including jacuzzis, pools/pool equpiment, air mattresses, watersports, camping equipment, or similar. \ \ Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute product strategies aligned with market needs in the Retail and CPG sectors.Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends, integrating feedback into product development.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to create a cohesive product roadmap.Define product specifications and prioritize features based on business and customer impact.Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions for improvements and enhancements.Lead product launch initiatives, ensuring all teams are aligned and prepared for market introduction.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in Retail or CPG sectors.Strong understanding of market analysis, product lifecycle, and customer insights.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across various teams.Familiarity with Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods industries; experience in Sports or jacuzzi/pool products is a plus.Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
