Job SummaryCoordinate New Employee Orientation: Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the New Employee Orientation program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and a seamless onboarding experience.Oversee Learning Management Systems: Coordinate with the stakeholders to manage the Learning Management System (LMS) ticketing process, oversee communications, participate in planning meetings, and ensure seamless updates, while promoting content, reviewing metrics, and supporting professional development initiatives for all employees.Manage Communications & Marketing: Oversee internal and external communications related to learning and development, including the design and execution of marketing strategies to promote programs and resources.Update Website Content: Maintain and update the website to ensure information related to employee learning and development programs, resources, and events is current and accessible.Lead Special Projects: Coordinate and execute special projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion and alignment with broader organization development objectives.Education and ExperienceGraduation from a four-year college or university. Three years of technical or administrative experience. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
