Description: Join Lockheed Martin Communications as an Executive Assistant/Administrative Business Partner and play a vital role in supporting our Senior Vice President and Chief Communications Officer. As a key member of our Communications team, you will be the mastermind behind executive scheduling, correspondence, and travel coordination. Your exceptional organizational skills and creative problem-solving abilities will keep projects on track, and your attention to detail will ensure seamless execution.
Your Mission:
• Anticipate and manage the SVP's and Chief of Staff's schedules, ensuring efficient use of time and minimizing conflicts
• Coordinate internal meetings and events with precision and flair
• Assist with external speaking engagements, ensuring the SVP is well-prepared and makes a lasting impression
• Resolve operational and administrative issues with ease, thinking critically and outside the box
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic goals
• Embrace emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years demonstrated experience providing administrative assistant support to VP-level clients
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Desired Skills:
• Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and a variety of applications and tools
• Ability to multi-task and effectively balance priorities
• Effective verbal, written, analytical and organization skills
• Attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $89,700 - $162,500. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
