NYAssociate General Counsel ISDADerivatives Attorney

NEW YORK CITY based INSTITUTIONAL BROKER-DEALER seeks ASSOCIATE GENERAL COUNSEL (hybrid): advise and support sales and trading teams for Treasury, Fixed Income and Equities. Lead trading documentation and agreement negotiations (Master Repurchase, Master Securities Lending, sponsored repos, collateral, custody, futures/options, give-ups, MSFTAs, ISDA Masters). Advise on international and domestic laws/regs (SEC, CFTC, FINRA, EMIR, CIMA, etc.). Seven (7+) plus years of corporate legal and/or in-house experience. ‘33 and ‘34 Act, operational, custodial, settlement/clearing matters; Investment Banking/research preferred. Base salary $225-245k with discretionary bonus.
