Exciting and Rewarding Opportunity for an Experienced Clinician

Join our vibrant community health center and take on a crucial role in managing a diverse and complex primary care panel. This position offers an unusually competitive salary, a generous benefits package, and is ideal for a clinician with over 5 years of primary care experience, and specialized training or experience in addiction or pain management.

As part of our integrated, multidisciplinary team, you'll collaborate with behavioral health therapists, peer recovery coaches, psychiatrists, nurses, community health workers, and family medicine physicians. Together, you'll provide comprehensive primary care, including the management of legacy medications, utilizing cutting-edge, evidence-based, harm-reduction strategies and consensual de-prescribing approaches.

Our center features 1:1 support with nursing and medical assistant staff, and appointments are thoughtfully structured at 20-30 minutes each. Additionally, you'll benefit from 8 hours of administrative time per week, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care. The Nurse Practitioner must be licensed by the RI Department of Health with experience in an electronic medical record (EMR), however, would receive training in EBCAPs EMR, which is NextGen.
