To Apply for this Job Click HereOur client, a family care business located in the Greater Boston area, is seeking an Office Manager to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. The hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5:30pm and it is compensating $30-$34 an hour, depending on experience. Recruiting, screening, and onboarding new hiresPayroll submission and managementCreating forms for record-keepingTracking expenses and creating expense reportsTax record keepingWebsite updatingAnalyze & manage data in spreadsheets and reportsCommunicate with family to ensure constant, efficient flow of information from calls, mail and emailsCross-training on other admin's responsibilitiesJob Requirements:
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to function in a fast-paced environmentMust be committed to confidentiality and discretion and exercise exceptional judgmentPractical intelligence, a hands-on approach, ability to change gears quickly and often, professional commitment, flexibility, and a positive attitudeReliability and minimum two-year commitment are important in this roleCommitment to organizing and tracking a variety of tasks on a consistent basis, communicating status, and following through until tasks are completeUnderstanding and intermediate experience with the following programs: Microsoft 365, Dropbox, QuickBooks, Google Suite, movie editing softwareWebsite design experience is a plusWorking knowledge of Mac is preferred but not required
