Hey!I am looking for a partner to help me with all things operations, project management, events, reporting, and all around problem-solving!You'll work directly with me on
implementation and execution of project delivery expectations. You are going to be involved in any or all of the following: contract negotiations, merchant processing, tech support, on-demand projects, live training and event planning, hiring process, schedule control, client communications, monthly reporting, create scopes of work for vendors, purchasing, quality control and so much more. In short, I am looking for my other half, someone who gets stuff done. You will help develop and prioritize programs/projects according to relevant measurement criteria using Asana and other tools.The successful candidate will be joining a fast–paced work environment that already has several projects underway and an attitude of anticipation for ideas yet to come!**Please note...this job is in the office full-time...and the starting salary is $60,000-$85,000 depending on experience and expected learning curve.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:This information is intended to be descriptive of the key responsibilities of the position. Perform other duties as assigned.• Oversee all aspects of projects• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project• Direct the forecast and adjustment of resources to ensure projects and programs are delivered as promised• Coordinate meetings (including logistics) between Chris Collins Inc. staff, consultants, and user groups with respect to projects assigned• Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of projects, sales,
marketing, etc.• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals• Collaborate with others in and across Chris Collins Inc. with respect to project involvement• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility• Active support for Chris Collins Inc. in the performance of job dutiesKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to foster collaboration with project team members• Must possess ability to organize and prioritize workload, be pro-active in identifying project needs/requirements• Strong, documented skills in the areas of organization, problem-solving and personal interactions• Ability to use critical thinking to analyze and evaluate an issue or situation with a project and take appropriate action• Competency in adapting to changing environments and ambiguous situations• Ability to act independently with little direction• Familiarity with project management software is a plus.The regular hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
