This is a temporary 12-month assignment .Responsibilities of the Marketing Project Manager:Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetDeveloping project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project/workback plans to track progressUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costsMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesReport on status of delivery and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the internal/external stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationSupport the creation/roll-out of ongoing delivery processesQualifications of the Marketing Project Manager:A minimum of 5-8+ years of proven, hand-on program, project or planning experience, preferably in the fields of marketing, computer science or engineeringHands-on experience in marketing campaign delivery, creative delivery or enterprise project delivery (software development and web technologies delivery a plus)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsAbility to breakdown complex projects and deliver workback plansAdvanced working knowledge of the following tools:Microsoft Office - advanced XLSJIRA/Confluence Roadmaps/StructureSmartsheet or other project/planning toolsPlease note contractors are engaged to provide services to Expedia Group on a temporary basis in connection with a specific assignment.
