Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Job Description

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain operations. You will drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce waste. You will leverage your analytical skills in SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Quicksight to develop supply chain performance metrics and reports, lead shortage and excess material mitigations, and maintain/update internal documentation for training and reference. Additionally, you will perform material allocations to support rack manufacturing and create and document supply management processes.

Responsibilities

+ Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce waste.

+ Problem solve and design solutions for the network.

+ Maintain and update internal documentation for training and reference.

+ Leverage analytics skills in SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Quicksight to develop supply chain performance metrics and reports.

+ Lead shortage and excess material mitigations.

+ Perform material allocations to support rack manufacturing.

+ Create and document supply management processes to optimize current supply chain operations.

Essential Skills

+ 1-3 years of experience in data analysis.

+ Proficiency in SQL and Excel.

+ Experience in material planning or demand planning.

+ Experience managing physical materials, ideally in an electronics company.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Transportation/Supply Chain/Operations discipline.

+ Strong math, logical, and problem-solving skills.

+ Strong analytical abilities and high proficiency in creating and managing advanced models using SQL and Microsoft Excel.

+ Analyst work or focus in higher education.

+ Conceptual understanding of systems and configuration management.

+ Experience working with suppliers in a supply chain capacity.

+ Knowledge in cloud computing or electronics supply chain industries.

Work Environment

This role is based in Seattle and will initially be hybrid, transitioning to 5 days a week in the office (Monday to Friday) starting in January. The work environment involves close collaboration with a Manager and requires strong interaction with the supply chain team. Dress code is business casual.
