Job Title: Business/Data Analyst (Non-IT)
Location: Hybrid, 3-4 days on-site in Boston (One Congress)
Duration: 4-month contract, with an option for extension
Responsibilities:
Assist in the delivery of the Legal Department’s monthly accruals process.
Collaborate with the Legal Operations Manager and other Legal Operations Analysts on daily tasks related to the billing system.
Generate insights and identify programmatic and process improvements.
Document enhancements through policy and procedures.
Process invoices and triage support tickets.
Assist with reporting and other day-to-day operations of the Legal Operations team.
Must-Haves:
Experience processing invoices and triaging support tickets.
Billing/accounts payable experience.
Knowledge of PowerBI, Tableau, and Excel.
Finance or accounting background .
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with legal billing.
Additional experience with PowerBI and Tableau.
Requirements:
3-5 years of relevant experience.
Ability to work hybrid, with 3-4 days on-site in Boston.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
