Server Products is committed to designing smarter solutions to everyday challenges so customers can serve easier, faster, and better than ever.THE OPPORTUNITYThe Digital Marketing Designer is responsible for designing and creating high-quality content for email marketing campaigns, including automated, transactional, promotional, and behavioral emails, as well as compelling graphics for use in a variety of opportunities, including but not limited to web banners, social media posts, web site updates, collateral, and manuals. A main focus of the position is designing and creating automated campaigns in Salesforce, so experience with automated campaign execution in a CRM is preferred. Product marketing experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.RESPONSIBILITIESCreate and manage email marketing assets, including automated, promotional, and behavioral emails, while adhering to brand guidelines and business needs.Familiarity with utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM to set up automated campaignsCreate product content that sells the benefits of Server ProductsSupport copywriting needs with writing content as needed, and understand best practices for digital organic and paid communicationsManage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictionsCollaborate with the marketing team to plan detailed campaign deployments, incorporating variations for A/B testing to optimize performanceCollaborate with marketing team with broader marketing campaigns and projects, contributing to the overall digital strategyCreate and update manuals, quick start guides, sell sheets, spec sheets, parts breakdowns, and other various communicationsCoordinate with the agency of record on social and digital marketing communicationsExecute website updatesAssist internal teams with various content development / creative needsQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field preferred with at least 3 years of experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; video editing skills a plus but not requiredExperience with web design principles, website platforms, and basic knowledge of HTML/CSSProficient in Microsoft OfficeSocial media post development familiarity - creation and posting within platformsStrong planning and organizational skills - excellent time management and multi-tasking skills; is highly agile, can manage multiple priorities and complex tasks on multiple tracksSense of urgency towards completing assigned tasks on timeKnowledge of B2B marketing best practices desiredBENEFITSFive (5) weeks PTONine (9) Paid HolidayThree (3) days Paid to VolunteerRobust 401(k) with up to 6.0% Company Contribution/MatchExceptional health care benefits
