Our client, an elite boutique investment bank, is actively seeking an Analyst 2/3 for their Healthcare M&A team in NYC. This brand name investment bank offers a key role within an experienced team.
The successful candidate will support senior bankers in executing M&A and financing transactions across all healthcare sub-verticals. This position provides direct exposure to CEO, CFO, and Board level contacts, along with significant responsibility and advancement opportunities.
Ideal candidates will have previous healthcare M&A investment banking experience at the Analyst level.
Primary Responsibilities:
Participate in client transactions, projects, and assignmentsInteract with clients, internal banking teams, and product teamsAssist in preparing presentations and marketing materials (e.g., CIM, Management Presentations)Conduct valuation analyses and financial modeling of clients and targetsReview business plans, conduct research, and analyze financial statementsManage due diligence processes, including virtual data room preparation and counterparty Q&ARequired Qualifications:
1+ years of investment banking experience, preferably in healthcare-M&A related transactionsStrong financial modeling and analytical skills, including knowledge of financial accountingBS or BA in finance or similar field with an exemplary academic recordOutstanding written and oral communication skillsHigh motivation, energy, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, meritocratic, team-oriented environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office
