Your role in our mission
Assist in planning, coordination, and keeping projects moving as Gainwell helps clients deliver better health and human services outcomes through technology and innovation.
Exceptional organizational skills and a proven track record in overseeing and executing department-level strategic objectivesBuild and maintain templates for project reporting and tracking. Facilitate coordination of assigned staff by providing direction and deadlines to ensure quality and timely completion of tasksCommunicate with the company and executive leadership, measuring and sharing project metrics/status; recommend program changes as neededActively project manage across non-direct reports by quickly escalating any risks and implementing risk mitigation solutionsOwn and drive the end-to-end PI planning process with minimal guidance. Guide teams in decomposing high-level initiatives into executable features and stories.Coach engineering teams on establishing and tracking key metricsDemonstrated ability to transform ambiguous business requirements into clear project deliverables while maintaining strategic alignment.What we're looking for
9+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs or initiatives through a full project management life cycleExpertise with project management methodology or Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)Strong understanding of agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)Ability to lead and translate the broader objectives of a program into clear and achievable project scope and milestones that can be worked towardLeadership to train, guide and mentor the work of junior colleaguesA strong executive presenter who communicates ideas clearlyInfluencer that who can clearly communicate project priorities and motivate direct and indirect networks and stakeholders to actionWhat you should expect in this role
Fully Remote Opportunity withing the U.S. or its territoriesVideo cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientationThis posting is intended for pipelining. We will accept applications on an ongoing basis
The pay range for this position is $86,800 - $124,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
