The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of general litigation and courtroom experience.Responsibilities: Representing clients in court, presenting evidence, and making persuasive arguments in support of your client's case. Drafting, reviewing, and revising various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests. Conducting legal research to support case preparation and strategy development. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients, where appropriate. Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff to ensure the effective and efficient handling of cases. Maintaining open and regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of case developments and providing legal advice as needed. Participating in professional development activities to stay current with legal trends and best practices in civil litigation.Qualifications: Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania. A minimum of 2years of experience in civil litigation, with a proven track record of success in court. Strong legal research and writing skills. Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Ability to manage multiple tasks and cases simultaneously, and to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
