Company: Barton Malow Holdings Job Location: Southfield, MI Position: Technology Implementation Engineer REQ ID: 11150 POSITION SUMMARY Barton Malow is seeking a Technology Implementation Engineer to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in enterprise and project-specific solutions, as well as exposure to construction or similar roles. The Technology Implementation Engineer will play a key role in supporting project teams by testing, implementing, and training on various software solutions. This position also requires a strong focus on communication, customer service, and collaboration with multiple departments to ensure successful technology adoption and integration. As part of our Business Transformation initiatives, this role offers opportunities for growth and development in both technical expertise and cross-functional business processes. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists with the delivery of training internally & externally for enterprise and project solutions. Helps to develop subject matter experts throughout the business. This includes delivering presentations for a variety of audiences. Assists with technical support including tracking and resolving project issues. Responsible for maintaining a proper framework to enable customers to submit problems and suggest enhancements. Assists with solution start-up processes. Becomes knowledgeable in cross team responsibilities within Business Transformation, L&D, VDC, and other interconnected departments to grow value to assist in other areas as needed. Assist manager to resolve issues and improve software functionality. Develops an understanding of the software roadmap and has opportunities to establish relationships with the vendor. Enterprise and project solutions software include, but are not limited to Autodesk AEC Suite (Revit, Navisworks, Autocad, etc), Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, Clearstory, Docusign, Microsoft Suite, Nitro, SAP, Serrala, Textura. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Experience executing and training construction management and/or accounting processes. Ability to learn technology while finding new efficiencies and effective project solutions. The ability to guide discussions about technical processes & functionalities with individuals with less knowledge about the subject, which requires a high level of curiosity, flexibility, patience and empathy.
