Sr. Release Train Engineer (RTE)

(client highly prefers local candidates) Level 7 Release Train Engineer (RTE) that is able to drive Agile release train forward. SAFe and Agile Framework Expertise: Mastery of SAFe principles, Agile methodologies, and their application within an ART. Program and Project Management: Skilled in tracking complex projects, with an emphasis on Agile metrics and dependency management. Facilitation of Large-Scale Agile Ceremonies: Proficient in orchestrating ART-wide events, including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and the intake process for new features / epics. Key Areas: Agile Release Management, Resource Allocation and Prioritization, Proactive Delivery Leadership, Communication and Information Hub, Technical and Domain Proficiency, Strategic Execution with Support, and Continuous Improvement and Optimization.
