Many More!Job DetailsJob DetailsOur company is seeking a highly experienced and talented Permanent Architect Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Architect Lead, you will oversee all aspects of the design and construction process of our projects, which include civil construction projects and government buildings. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are executed to the highest standards, adhering to all building codes and regulations.Responsibilities Lead the architectural design process, from the conceptual phase through to construction. Use AutoCAD, Revit and other design software to create detailed architectural designs. Collaborate with a team of architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to develop design solutions. Oversee and manage all phases of the construction process, ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget. Ensure all designs and constructions adhere to the latest building codes and regulations. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and government officials. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of architects and other construction professionals. Coordinate with other professionals, such as contractors, architects, engineers, and planners, to ensure job success. Review architectural documents for potential conflict with all disciplines. Represent the company at meetings, presentations, and public hearings.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Must be a Registered Architect. Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and construction, with a focus on civil construction projects and government buildings. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software. Comprehensive knowledge of building codes and regulations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid NCARB certificate. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals. Strong presentation skills, capable of effectively presenting and explaining ideas to clients and teams.
