Description and Requirements

The Executive Administrative Partner will provide comprehensive support to Lenovo Executives, ensuring the organization operates smoothly and effectively in a dynamic, global environment. This role requires expertise in managing complex, multi-time zone travel arrangements and coordinating high-profile meetings and events. A strong candidate will demonstrate the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and will oversee all administrative functions, including but not limited to call management, expense reporting, document processing, and ad hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactive calendar management, serving as a gatekeeper and coordinating internal and external meetings.

Attending executive staff meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-up.

Assisting with organizational projects, event planning, and workshops with meticulous attention to detail.

Exercising sound judgment in decision-making and anticipating executive needs.

Arranging multi-leg international and domestic travel, including proactive monitoring of all flights and ground transportation.

Comprehensive understanding of company policies and tools, educating executives on new procedures, spend limits, and city caps.

Reviewing and approving expense reports on behalf of executives; processing and reconciling expense reports against statements.

Developing a basic understanding of organizational structure and working seamlessly across global regions.

Maintaining confidentiality of all sensitive and proprietary information.

Generating and formatting presentations for executive use.

Supporting extended team members with administrative duties as needed and providing mentorship to administrative assistants in the support center.

Basic Qualifications:

Associate’s degree or 3+ years of experience supporting executives in a corporate environment.

Experience with MS Office 365 Suite.
