Our Fortune 50 client, is seeking a Scrum Master to join their team! The ideal candidate will have strong Kanban experience, 4+ years working with Agile and Scrum, and Mainframe experience which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Tampa

What’s the Job?

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Scrum or Agile and contribute to large-scale planning related to Scrum Master deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Scrum Master challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Scrum Master deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Scrum or Agile experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

We are in need of 5 candidates for our Data Center and Mainframe products. We are looking for individuals that are strong in Scrum and Kanban. We are looking for individuals that embrace the Agile mindset and can lean in when necessary to drive Agility. As for location, we need an individual to sit in Irving, TX for Data Center and a split between Irving, TX and Charlotte, NC for Mainframe
