As a Platform Support Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and user support within the Salesforce domain, including planning, requirements gathering, functionality design, testing/validation, deployment, and change management for system enhancements, projects, and issue resolution. You will collaborate closely with various business teams, subject matter experts, and functional and technical stakeholders across the organization to support production systems and users. Your role includes gathering and analyzing data to ensure thorough documentation of user stories (business requirements) and functional designs that align with defined business objectives and success criteria.
What you will do
Provide end-user support and system maintenance for CRM platforms.
Deliver Salesforce enhancements and manage projects, from minor updates to large-scale implementations.
Ensure quality and data integrity within operational CRM systems.
Translate business requirements into functional applications.
Oversee data governance, system administration, and management of installed packages.
Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to support system integrations.
Focus on Sales and Service processes, coordinating with IT on enhancements, incidents, and supporting regression testing for global CRM initiatives.
What you need
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, IT, Business Operations or related field.
2+ years of professional experience
2+ years of Salesforce experience, with strong technical knowledge.
Preferred
Salesforce Admin certification.
Experience of working in CRM, ERP and Business Applications.
Experience working in an Agile Development environment.
