Job SummaryThe Sr. Analyst Supply Chain will participate in designing solutions related to 3PL demand planning, inventory management, procurement, supply chain and operations network planning to support a growing business. This person will be working with our internal and external customers to identify needs, define and frame issues and develop detailed project plans.

Job Description

Responsibilities:Support supply chain planning managed within ERP and advanced planning systemsDevelop processes to govern and validate supply chain relevant dataBuild KPIs to track their impactAnalyze and manage inputs to supply chain systems to optimize service and supply chain metricsDevelop reporting to aid in supply chain planningAnalyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities through available technology or process redesignEnable data-driven decision makingProvide documentation of business requirements to IT teams for system and/or reporting enhancements where necessaryServe as a liaison to IT in the development of new reporting and system functionality.Manage project plans on impactful supply chain improvement initiatives and coordinate resources for successful completion

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Mathematics or Applied ScienceAt least 4 years of manufacturing operations and/or inventory management experienceExperience communicating to groups of managers, clients, customers, vendors, senior managers and the general publicDemonstrated experience working on improvement or analysis initiativesAdvanced skill level in Microsoft ExcelExperience developing reporting in or utilizing advanced Business Intelligence tools to query data - e.g. Tableau, Business Objects, Composite Studio, MicroStrategy, PowerBI, etc.Experience applying standard financial, accounting and business problem-solving skills to business problems
