We're seeking a dedicated Patient Services Representative II to join our team.Key Responsibilities: Patient Interaction: Build rapport with patients, explaining procedures and alleviating any concerns. Blood Collection: Perform accurate and efficient blood draws, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. Specimen Preparation: Prepare blood specimens for laboratory testing, adhering to strict quality control standards. Compliance Adherence: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns. Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient operations.Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA). Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
