Your key responsibilities include: Phlebotomy: Accurately and efficiently draws blood samples from patients of all ages, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience. Patient Interaction: Build rapport with patients, explaining procedures clearly and addressing any concerns. Specimen Processing: Prepare and process blood samples for laboratory testing, adhering to strict quality control standards.
