Valve+Meter is in search of an Account Manager. The Account Manager is responsible for managing the relationship with and retention of our clients. You own the transformational growth of your clients by monitoring, representing, and optimizing the results of your clients' marketing dollars. You will ensure each client has a dedicated advocate inside the day-to-day operations of Valve+Meter.

Valve and Meter is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our Client Success department. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client relationships in the performance marketing space.
About the Role - Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the performance marketing industryUnderstand client needs and objectives, and provide strategic recommendations to drive their business growthCollaborate with internal teams to develop and execute performance marketing campaignsMonitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key insights and recommendationsIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clientsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketingExecute quarterly business reviews with each clientActivities
Maintain knowledge of all marketing programsAnalyze client scorecardsDetermine the effectiveness of ongoing campaignsIdentify and interpret trends as appropriateRequest and review ad hoc data analysisBuild and maintain relationships with both the client and internal teamCoordinate and facilitate client meetings (weekly, quarterly, etc.)Recommend, architect, and test opportunities to increase return on marketing spendWork with the team to optimize content and improve conversionsNegotiate agreement renewalsStandard Software
