We are seeking a

Registered Nurse (RN)

to:

Direct the planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care programs.Lead the day to day clinical operations and coordination of patient care services.Direct and evaluate the departments workforce, in terms of staff scheduling and performance.Prepare and administer revenue budget, operating budget, volume projections, and oversight for FTE's.At UW Health, you will have

Bachelor of Science - Nursing (BSN), RequiredMaster's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. PreferredWork Experience

Three (3) years of relevant clinical experience. RequiredDemonstrated progressive leadership experience. RequiredFive (5) years of progressive leadership experience within same or relevant practice area. PreferredLicenses & Certifications

RN Licensed in State of Wisconsin. RequiredCertification in relevant specialty. Preferred
