DescriptionAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Bilingual Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our inventory management team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate tracking, storage, and distribution of products while driving operational efficiency and minimizing stock discrepancies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve inventory turnover, address inventory issues proactively, and lead a team dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and performance.Key Responsibilities:Inventory Management: Oversee day-to-day inventory operations, ensuring accurate tracking of stock levels, orders, and deliveries.Staff Supervision: Lead, guide, and evaluate the performance of the inventory control team to ensure high levels of efficiency and accuracy.Process Improvement: Develop and implement best practices and inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize discrepancies.Coordination & Collaboration: Partner with warehouse staff, Program Managers, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth and efficient storage, distribution, and stock replenishment.Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed inventory reports, including stock levels, adjustments, and turnover, for upper management. Use data to anticipate and resolve potential inventory challenges.Inventory Audits: Assist in conducting physical inventory counts and audits, investigating and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.Training & Development: Train inventory staff on proper procedures and safety protocols, ensuring consistent adherence to best practices.Disposal Management: Oversee the proper disposal of obsolete or excess inventory in a responsible and cost-effective manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.RequirementsQualifications:Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.Experience: At least 1 year of experience in inventory control or related field, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and email systems (Outlook, Teams).Forklift Certification: Ability to operate forklifts (Order Picker) safely and effectively.Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently to resolve inventory discrepancies.Team Player: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and collaborate with a diverse team.
