Manage the requisition backlog and work with internal stakeholders for proper documentationConvert requisitions to purchase ordersRequest quotes from suppliersExpedite purchase orders and resolve open purchase ordersResolve invoice quantity and price issues in various spend categoriesSupport SAP data enrichment in various spend categoriesCreate PIR's (Purchasing Information Record) in SAPTrack any cost savings achievedSupport/Manage intercompany requisition to PO process in both SAP and legacy systems (if necessary)All supplier and purchase order maintenancePerform all other duties and special projects as assigned.Requirements for the contingent Procurement Specialist
