Summary
The Product Manager is responsible for the success of the assigned IT product(s) via stakeholder engagement, road mapping, budget management, and development oversight.
This position will support our Business Transformation team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations:
• Dallas, TX
• Las Vegas, NV
• Chicago, IL
Orlando, FL
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Define the product vision via stakeholder engagement.
Create timeline and roadmaps to achieve the product vision.
Manage the product budget to ensure resources are aligned with expectations and financial impacts are appropriately planned within budget cycles.
Report on product performance, progress, and future plans.
Ensure product compliance and quality.
Coordinate all testing and training requirements.
Facilitate business process discussions in alignment with product functionality.
Oversee product development process.
Perform product demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain current knowledge of industry segment through market research.
Support overall business transformation efforts.
Additional duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required
5 years experience in an IT product related role, preferably in IT product development or management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
Understanding of technical concepts and the ability to work with technical teams.
Experience with Salesforce ServiceCloud and Salesforce Commerce.
Proficient in Microsoft products to include: Office, Teams and Azure DevOps.
Travel Requirements
Travel up to 25%
