This role will play a key part in supporting all company functions to deliver on our mission of providing products that shape the gaming and manga industries of the future. This role will support the infrastructure and IT service needs of KOMODO’s organization along with its individual teams. Ensuring availability and performance of business-critical services across all areas of IT.A successful candidate will love gaming and manga with a passion for using their technical wizardry to solve complex problems. You will lead the team in providing systems engineering, software development, and configuration management. Your internal customer service skills are top-notch, and you flourish in a collaborative environment, with proven track record mentoring and developing team members.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for business needs and objectives through modern cloud (GCP, AWS, etc.) focused technology solutions spanning the following areas: collaboration systems, productivity applications, identity & access management tools, endpoint systems managementCreate, maintain and deliver IT security and operational processes, procedures and practices for a growing organizationSolve escalated technical issues with both internal and external technical teams and business partnersMaintain essential IT operations, including client operating systems and security toolsOwn focused projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within larger business initiativesEngage and partner with vendors and service providers to provide us with great ratesParticipate in the design and delivery of the IT strategic roadmapPartner with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, and achievementsDeploy and configure dependable IT cloud infrastructure in a reliable and service redundant mannerRequirementsFluent in spoken and written English5+ years of progressive technical experience in a fast paced cloud focused IT environment5+ years of experience as a computer/server systems administrator3+ years of delivering technical implementations of systems such as: infrastructure, systems management, client endpoints, device management, or collaboration systemsImplementation of solutions that are “outside the box” with a security focusWork with key business stakeholders for IT/Security improvementsExcellent track record demonstrating organizational skills, multitasking adeptness, and initiativeDemonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skillsBenefitsHere at KOMODO we are just as passionate about our team members as we are with shaping the gaming and manga industries.
