We are looking for an Industrial Security Specialist to join our Pittsburgh (Cheswick) location. Your Responsibilities: Provide direct support to the Facility Security Officer for Curtiss-Wright Electro-Mechanical Corporation (CW-EMD), operate as the Industrial Security lead for classified manufacturing operations, and assist with all tasks associated with Industrial Security. Serve as the organization's focal point for classified manufacturing, coordinating classified efforts within a classified environment in accordance with applicable government regulations. Primary contact for other departments within CW-EMD for classified manufacturing, acting as a key facilitator between the Security Department and the other key functions within the organization. Department lead on the control and sanitization of sensitive or classified environments. Primary facilitator for physical visits to the site of security relevance, managing foreign nationals and their access throughout the facility, assisting with witness points and tours of the facility, and assisting in the coordination of approvals and paperwork associated with visitors and foreign nationals. Ensure security protocols are upheld and customer information is safeguarded appropriately across a diverse and dynamic field of customer efforts and operating environments. Well versed with government directives such as 32 CFR Part 117. Department lead for the tracking and management of classified components throughout the facility. Assist the FSO with the control and management of a classified inventory encompassing various forms of information and materials. Assist the FSO in the development and maintenance of approved spaces and closed areas within the facility, to include other relevant physical security controls, checks, monitoring, and documentation. Ability to assist with Industrial Security efforts associated with information security. This effort will include interacting with personnel that handle sensitive and classified information, the export and handling of sensitive and classified material outside of our facility, and the systems and technologies used to process sensitive and classified information. Assist in the interactions with government cognizant agencies such as the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency, interact with other sponsors and customers of CW-EMD, and ensure compliance both internally and externally. Assist in the administration of all security related directives, manuals, security plans, and governing documents. Revise and provide recommendations as necessary. Assist with all personnel security matters to include DISS, NISS, NBIS, briefings, debriefings, personnel security files, personnel security reporting, and fingerprints. Aid in the production and management of all Industrial Security related products and tools.
